
The Kingdom of Ansteorra Ministry of Arts and Sciences: Report Forms for Local and Regional Ministers of Arts & SciencesLocal A&S officers to report to their Regional A&S Officer. Local reports are due by the 5th of the following month. (So the local report for August would be due to the Regional by Sep 5th.)
Please use the MOAS Report Form, available as a Microsoft Word document template, to submit your report. To use this form, download a copy to your local computer, then double-click. This will open a new document, which is configured as a form with simple fields to fill out. Simply click on a field in order to update the information for that area.

Regional A&S Officers report to the Kingdom A&S Officer as follows:
1st quarter (Jan, Feb, Mar) due Apr 10th
2nd quarter (Apr, May, Jun) due Jul 10th
3rd quarter (Jul, Aug, Sep) due Oct 10th
4th quarter (Oct, Nov, Dec) due Jan 10th
